My name is Cally, I am 26 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. I have a wonderfully supportive husband and have 2 little girls who are 4 and 2. Prior to having my 2nd daughter I ran a pregnancy wellness practice helping expectant mums make informed decisions regarding eating and exercising during their pregnancies. This included healthy meal plans, pre-natal exercise classes, pregnancy massage and post-natal fitness programmes.

Pregnancy has always amazed me and I wanted to continue sharing my ideas with women who want to have healthy, strong and comfortable pregnancies.

P. S. I am by no means a total health freak or an obsessed gym bunny, I just like to be intentionally healthy and strong…
